How every project is checked
Each project is reviewed and given a risk rating before it lists. Projects with the lowest rating cannot list at all.
- Registry status. The project, its serials and their status, read from the registry itself.
- Method and verification. The methodology used and the verifier's reports behind each issuance.
- Permanence and safeguards. How long the benefit is expected to last, and the social and environmental safeguards in place.
- Adverse news. A search for anything that should make you think twice, before a lot is listed.

Questions credit buyers ask
Does Bloom own the credits it sells?
No. Bloom acts as an agent. The seller owns the credits until they are retired or transferred to you, and Bloom never creates credits.
What happens if the registry does not confirm?
If there is no confirmation within five business days, you get a full refund and the lock is released.
What does the certificate say?
What you funded, and where, with your claim text, the serials and a registry link. Your own claims about your footprint stay yours to make and support.
What is a curated basket?
A group of vetted lots chosen around a theme, so you can buy a balanced mix in one step.
Can credits go to our own registry account?
Retirement in your name comes first. Transfers to your own registry account are planned for a later phase.
