Impact Record

Reported, estimated, verified: never mixed.

Every programme produces one record. What people did, what it is estimated to mean, and what an independent verifier checked each sit on their own line.

Each line belongs to one tier.

A tier decides what you may say about a line. Nothing moves up a tier without the step it requires.

  1. 01

    Reported activity

What people did: a completed challenge, a QR check-in at an event, or your sites' monthly electricity and fuel.

    What you may say

“X people took part in Y activities.”

  2. 02

    Estimated impact

Worked out with conservative, documented factors. Each figure carries the factor and formula version it used.

    What you may say

    “Estimated, not verified.”

  3. 03

    Verified impact

Only lines an independent verifier has reviewed and signed off in a versioned report.

    What you may say

    “Verified.”

What stands behind every line.

Each record shows what was funded, who delivered it, where, and on what evidence. Your figures arrive with your pilot.

Three tiers, never added together. Estimated until independently verified.

Nobody marks their own work.

  • A signed report, or no “verified”

A line becomes verified only when an independent verifier signs a versioned report. Until then it stays estimated.

  • Independent, on a fixed fee

Verifiers are paid a fixed fee, never a commission. Anyone linked to the partner, a credit seller or our sales team cannot take the work.

Evidence, factors and versions

Whoever contracts the verifier pays the fee, so the result never changes what they earn. Their access is limited in time and ends when the case closes.

Evidence is kept in versions that cannot be edited after the fact. Every calculation stores its inputs, units, factor version, time and reviewer.

Estimates use published emission factors for the country you operate in. When a factor changes, we add a new version and keep the old one, so an old estimate can always be traced to the numbers it used.

Four records that never convert into each other.

Points, the impact record, credits and finance are kept apart. Links between them are references, never conversions, so points never become credits and an estimate is never added to retired credits.

What each ledger holds
Points
Issued, held, redeemed or expired. Rewards only, never credits and never a claim.
Impact record
Reported, estimated and verified, each in its own tier.
Credits
A mirror of the registry: only units it has issued, retired or transferred.
Finance
Every ringgit in and out. Rewards, escrow and project money pass through and are never our revenue.

Questions about the record

Can we add estimated impact to retired credits?

No. Estimates live in the impact record and retired credits live in the credit ledger. They appear side by side, never as one total.

Who owns each unit of impact?

One claim owner for each unit. The same tonne or kilogram is never claimed by an employee, a company and a project at once.

Can we publish the record?

Yes, as labelled. The claims guide shows the words each tier allows, so your report and your website say the same thing as the record.

What do you show about individual people?

Nothing. The record shows groups only, and hides any group smaller than the size your company sets, above a floor we enforce.
