These terms are a plain-language draft. They will be reviewed by counsel before our first contract is signed, and the reviewed version will replace this page.
What we provide
Bloom Our Earth provides a platform through which employers run weekly challenges for their employees, fund capped rewards and local projects, and receive an impact record of what was done. The details of each engagement are set out in its own contract.
What we do not promise
A figure labelled estimated is an estimate, worked out by a documented method, and is not verified until an independent party has reviewed it. Rewards have no cash value. Tax treatment depends on each case and is never promised, and the employee statement is not a tax certificate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
