Questions about pilots
How much does a pilot cost?
A platform fee per employee, set in your proposal once we know your size and goals. The rewards budget and any sponsorship are yours to set, and they pass through.
How many people should take part?
Enough to learn from, small enough to run well. We will suggest a group size on the first call.
Is there a tax benefit?
There may be a potential benefit, to confirm with your adviser. It is never part of the case we make.
What do we need from our side?
A sponsor who approves the budget, someone in HR to send one email, and your sites' electricity and fuel figures each month.
What happens when the pilot ends?
You get the record and the report, and decide whether to go annual. There is no automatic renewal.
