How it works
Fund, participate, verify, report.
Your company funds it, your people take part, every result is checked, and you get a record you can stand behind.

Four steps, nothing hidden.
- 01
Fund
You set the budget. Rewards and project money pass straight through.
- 02
Participate
Your people take one small challenge a week, from a QR code or a link.
- 03
Verify
Activity is checked once. Only an independent verifier can call anything verified.
- 04
Report
One record of who kept going and what it means, ready for your report.
Each report shows what worked, and the next round is planned from it.
From first call to first record.
- 01
Before launch: set up
We agree the measures, the challenges and the rewards cap, and record each site's energy baseline.
- 02
Launch
Posters with a QR code and one email from HR. People join in a minute.
- 03
Every week: take part
A new challenge each week, and a short digest for HR every Monday.
- 04
At the end: report
The impact record and a pilot report, and a clear view of what to do next.
A few minutes a week.
Join from their phone
Scan a QR code or open a link, in the browser. Nothing to install.
See what stays private
First, a screen shows what the employer sees: combined results only.
One challenge a week
Across wellbeing, community and planet, earning points within your cap.
Keep going
Active in 8 of 12 weeks makes a sustained participant: the measure that matters.
Combined results, never a person.
Your dashboard shows
- Who joined, took part and kept going, week by week
- Rewards spent against your cap
- Estimated impact, with its factors named
- Each site's energy use against its baseline
It never shows
- What any one person did, or didn't do
- Any group too small to keep people anonymous
- Anything for appraisals: taking part is never used for them
Three tiers, never mixed.
Every line on a record belongs to one tier, and each tier allows one kind of claim.
- 01
Reported activity
What people logged or completed, week by week.
What may be said
“X participants completed Y actions.”
- 02
Estimated impact
Calculated with conservative, documented and versioned emission factors.
What may be said
“Estimated, not verified.”
- 03
Verified impact
Reviewed by an independent technical party before it carries the word.
What may be said
“Verified.”
Questions people ask
Do we need to connect our HR system?
No. Start with QR codes and work emails. Single sign-on and an eligibility list can follow, and we never take performance, appraisal or health data.
Do employees pay anything?
No. Your company funds the platform, the rewards and any sponsorship. Taking part is free.
What happens if someone stops taking part?
Nothing, apart from their points no longer growing. Withdrawing consent stops future counting; what was already recorded stands.
Who decides what counts as verified?
Only an independent verifier, paid a fixed fee and never a commission, can move a line from estimated to verified, with a signed report.
Can we claim our people's estimated impact?
You can report it as estimated, clearly labelled. The Claims guide sets out what each tier lets you say.
