Who is responsible

Innerbloom Group Sdn. Bhd. is responsible for the personal data handled through Bloom Our Earth, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Its address is C-27-5 Rainz, No. 3, Jalan Jalil Perwira 2, Bukit Jalil, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and you can write about your data to mandy@innerbloom.my.

What we collect, and why

When you write to us through this site we collect your name, your email address, your organisation and what you tell us, so that we can reply.

When your company starts a programme, we collect the details needed for you to take part, to issue your rewards and to prepare your record and statement. We do not receive performance, appraisal or health data from your employer, and health features are optional and off by default.

We measure visits to this site in aggregate. We use no advertising trackers.

Who sees it

Your company sees aggregate, anonymised results only, and your participation is never used in appraisals or discipline. Project partners see what they need to deliver and report on a project, not your personal details. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Your account and your record are kept while you use Bloom. If you are in no programme and have not signed in for 24 months, we email you, and delete the account 30 days later unless you sign in.

When you close your account, it and your record are deleted at once, and your company's totals no longer count you.

Your answers to the commute survey are deleted 12 months after the programme ends. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are deleted, and records of sign-in attempts are deleted after a day.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw a consent you have given, by writing to mandy@innerbloom.my or through the contact form on this site. You can also download your data, or close your account, in Settings.
